I have used “yoga toes” for a while now. I have small bunions developing, and I don’t want them to get worse (I have enough foot problems). I try to wear them at night when I am watching tv or on the computer. I feel it is very important to take preventitive steps at home to maintain good foot health. So many dancers and active people I know are fans of this product. “Yoga Toes” can help to improve & prevent foot problems by stretching & aligning your toes. What I really love about them is that you can keep them in the fridge or freezer. That way not only are you stretching your feet, but icing them too!! The only downfall I have found is that you can’t walk around in them. So if you have to get up for a minute remember to put them back on
I aim to wear them for 30min to an hour a day.
